JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge
The JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge is a world-wide series of 3.5-mile running events open to groups of employees from organizations within the business and public sectors. Participants may register only as part of a company team - no individual entries are accepted. After the race, each organization groups its participants into an unlimited number of four-person teams in order to determine the race's top teams. Awards are presented for individual and team performances.
In the spirit of competition and camaraderie, the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge is organized to foster company pride and teamwork; but most of all, the objective is to have fun. Every employee is encouraged to enter, whether they are experienced racers, joggers or walkers.
Spread over six countries on five continents, the world's largest corporate running series will continue its long-standing tradition of supporting charities and institutions that contribute to an overall quality of life in the communities served by JPMorgan Chase. In 2006, the Series donated an all-time high of more than $500,000 to charities and organizations in host cities around the world. The JPMorgan Chase Foundation makes a donation for each entry in the Corporate Challenge Series.
