Daniel is leading UMT's New York / New Jersey Metro practice and he has extensive experience in developing methodologies and solutions that help organizations derive optimal and sustainable value from their project and application investment portfolios. He has helped many Fortune 500 companies – including Pfizer, Bank of America, AXA Financial, Wachovia and New York Life - operationalize governance frameworks along with implementing UMT's Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management methodology and software solution (acquired by Microsoft). While leading and participating in client engagements, Daniel always leverages his real world insights and pragmatic engagement approach to bring new ideas that will ensure that each client's unique circumstances are incorporated into the "best fit" solution. At a global financial services firm this included, for example, incorporating Six Sigma and Hoshin Kanri methodologies into the governance and business alignment framework.
Daniel is passionate about finding new ways to help organizations improve performance by taking a portfolio view when developing and addressing various business opportunities. His work on governance, decision-making and business alignment has been featured in a number of different industry publications, including MBA News Link and Bank Technology News.
