EPM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (North America)
Job Description:

Project teams are composed of intelligent, dynamic, fast-paced individuals who are solution oriented and deliverable driven. Consultants will interact with managers and senior executives assisting them to identity business needs, identify focused solutions, and realize those solutions by implementing the business process and technical components of those solutions.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of management consulting experience
- Evidence of significant client impact and results from engagements (strong relationships, influence over direction)
- Experience in end-to-end project management, portfolio management, or enterprise project management or application portfolio management solutions
- Demonstrate “Enterprise Project Management” (EPM) domain knowledge in combination with broad technology knowledge and the ability to architect solution by mapping common enterprise business problems to reusable end-to-end technology solutions
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Project Server and experience implementing, configuring customizing and administering the application
- Experience in leading client engagements of 4 or more people
- Ability to create deliverables, executive summaries that clearly communicate the value in proposed solutions
- Ability to clearly communicate business solutions and the value of those solutions to the client (facilitate meetings, presentations, visioning sessions, etc.)
- Demonstrated competency in using the MS Office Suite
- Experience or familiaritywith process re-design, project management methodologies and business requirement gathering techniques
Other Skills That Are Considered a Plus:
- PMP Certification
- MBA or Masters Degree in related field
- Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), MS Search Server or other web-based collaboration and document management platforms
- Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Server 2007 and/or Microsoft Office Project Server
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Application Portfolio Management (APM) and/or Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tool experience

PMO CONSULTANT - Capital Markets (North America)
Job Description:
We are looking to fill several PMO Consultant positions in the Capital Markets space. Project teams are composed of dynamic, fast-paced individuals who are solution oriented and deliverable driven. The PMO Consultant is a key team member on a project team. In this role, you will be responsible for the functional and technical tools used by the PMO, implementing and maintaining guiding principles, lifecycle methodology, standards and tools and the gathering of project and program information. In addition, you will track and report on the project and portfolio roadmap, and will construct, deploy and maintain the project management lifecycle methodology for the project. Where appropriate, will implement metrics to facilitate a consistent approach to project management, monitor and improve performance, measure project and monitor client perception. Will establish the project lifecycle framework, templates and best practices including compiling and using project post-mortem information and feedback.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering with 3-7 years working in a PMO in an IT environment. Advanced use of PM tools and methods is a must; background in PMO support operations helpful.

TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT (North America)
Job Description:
Technical Consultants will interact with managers and senior executives assisting them to identity problems, synthesize solutions, and implement the technical components of those solutions. The ability to work independently and conceive, design, implement, test and document customized solutions is key.
- Configuring and customizing Enterprise Project Management software, including Microsoft Project Server 2007/2010 and SharePoint Server 2007/2010
- Integration with 3rd party tools
- Learn and apply best practices on Project Management, Project Portfolio Management, IT Governance, and Strategic Alignment
- Testing and documentation of technical specifications and solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience configuring and customizing Microsoft Project Server 2007/2010 and SharePoint Server 2007/2010
- Experience with SQL Server 2005/2008
- Experience with reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services, Excel Services, or other
- Experience with ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic or other
- Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, or other related fields.
Other Skills That are Considered a Plus:
- MBA or Master’s Degree
- Microsoft and/or other professional training/certifications
