Always building on a culture of success.
On a (too) early Saturday morning train to Washington D.C., I was excited that we had an opportunity to participate in the National Association of Women MBAs (NAWMBA) Conference this past weekend.
Thinking back over the past few years, it’s great to see the advancements we’ve made as an organization to empower greater gender balance and promote a broader scope of thought leadership at UMT. While doing my share at the career fair to identify additional strong talent, I was sure that Iman, Sarita, Kitu, and Meeta would walk away with some great ideas that could be shared across the organization.
We also just finished participating at the Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Conference in San Francisco. Hans, Isidro, Glenn, and Hector walked away with some strong and actionable ideas on promoting UMT and identifying exceptional talent from a previously untapped focus on the LGBT community.
And let’s never forget the competitive advantage we hold in providing our clients with teams that are comprised of knowledgeable consultants that represent over 30 countries.
Diversity is our greatest strength and is what drives our ability to provide our clients with the most dynamic and supportive teams available. I’m very proud of our growth and focus on building such a diverse and inclusive workforce.
